Nestled in the mountains, this hotel offers breathtaking views of Lake Como. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and provide a cozy atmosphere. The recently renovated bathrooms are impeccable, and the friendly staff ensures excellent service. Guests can indulge in a delicious Italian breakfast, with a variety of bread, meat, and other options. Additionally, the location is perfect for hikers, with plenty of scenic paths to explore nearby.
It should be noted that the hotel's remote location makes it somewhat difficult to reach, especially on Sundays when there is no public transport available. This may inconvenience some guests who are reliant on public transportation.

The triple room at Albergo De Jean had fantastic views of the lake, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved waking up to the breathtaking scenery and feeling connected to nature. As a family, we appreciate rooms that provide a sense of tranquility and serenity.
Some may find the bidet in the private bathroom unnecessary, but it's just our personal preference.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere perfect for senior people like myself. The decoration was elegant and reminded me of a traditional mountain lodge. The general areas were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a cup of tea. The hotel's accessibility for seniors was excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the property to assist with mobility.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff in terms of providing activities or recommendations specifically tailored for senior guests. The children working there were polite, but they could have been more proactive in making suggestions or offering assistance to ensure a better vacation experience for senior visitors.
